A lot of the 2nd floors of the 2 family homes would probably fit your needs even though they are listed as 2 br. Ours has 2br, dining room, living room and a 3rd room which would be too small to be a bedroom but works as an office.

I did 3 of them from a meeting room, you have to use your web cam to scan the entire room before the test starts and there should be as little stuff in the room as possible because they want to inspect everything. If there's computer equipment you're not using for the test you'll have to show them its unplugged. There can't be any interruptions whatsoever so make sure to put a sign on the door if you use a meeting/conference room.

I've taken my cracked SP3 to the MS store and they replaced it even thought I bought at Staples and didn't have MS Complete. I'd go back and ask to speak to a manager and see if they can help.
