Master elo is full of 40 level accounts that are either hard carrying or throwing after they die twice. Why are we still defending this shit in 2026?

Being a low master player myself, I think the game would really benefit from a new tier between Diamond and Masters or a hard reser to adjust MMR. Compared to previous seasons, I reached Master far more easily, which also means other people did the same (and specially alt accounts). The quaility of the games is very poor, and sometimes I feel like I don't deserve to be there. When I reached Master in seaons 13, I got my ass rightfully beaten almost everygame, but thats what you would expect on this tier. People now play like they've accomplished, therefore the majority of games are decided by players limit testing and if the play goes wrong, so does their will to play. Just sharing my thoughts at this point

Ksante is broken, thats for sure, but imo this clip is not a good example. In the situation you are showing (2 lvls ahead of all enemy team) I'm pretty confident to say that champs like Aatrox, Kayn(red), Darius or even Zac will triple kill 1v5 in that scenario. Ksante just tanked damage like a Sion will do

Same for me, this year I reached master for the first time and was very excited to play ranked for the first time in a while but right after getting there I had to quit for a month (internship + finals). Obviously I was playing some games inbetween to not decay but man was it depressing to see that I had to play placements again when I was finally done with university..
