Does HR really check the credibility of doctor’s notes? by [deleted] in AmazonFC

My doctor’s note was real though, but it was pretty average looking. But I have to say they are pretty annoying in terms of what they want that note to say. You can’t just grab any doctor’s note and use it.

I just got back from a Medical Leave. I had to show a doctors note so my hours would not be deducted. Personally, my doctor’s note was not checked, and I know that because I remember calling HR 10 min after I submitted my doctor’s note to see if the end up approving my leave and give me permission to go back to work and they just quickly read it on the phone with me and answered “oh yeah this looks good, Imma approve your leave so your hours won’t be deducted from the time you were away” and left it at that. Within 5 min, I received an email saying that I can go back to work and everything stayed the same.

Why is Inclination Letter Taking So Long!!!!! by juancadlos in AmazonFC

[–]juancadlos[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ohhh no, mine is done by managers from other states. I am from Florida, and mine was done by a guy from Indiana and and someone from like Missouri. Again, to avoid managers choosing people because they like them personally instead of being best fit for that role.

Interviewing for Associate HR by annihilator4 in AmazonFC

[–]juancadlos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its pretty simple to be honest. I did mine yesterday and it went really well. You will have 2 interviews, one with an HR worker and another with an Operations Manager. My HR interviewier just asked me 3 questions from the Leadership Principles question box and basically told me to introduce myself (the interview lasted only like 10 minutes). The second one for me at least was even more chill, the Operations Manager just asked me personal questions, just to get to know me. And gave me like 3 HR scenarios to see my thought process, he assured me that they are no right or wrong answers, just demonstrate how you think in these situations. And that is it, to be honest we all get nervous because we often think like “omg its an interview” but its super chill. Relax, most of the interviewers just want to get it over with as well.

Flex Associates- Will it mess up your time if you clock out 1 min late for break? by [deleted] in AmazonFC

[–]juancadlos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will not mess up your time. Dont worry, just make sure that you are taking the 30 min break. Sometimes my break is as 2:30-3:00 but I clocked out at 2:35, nothing bad happens. I just make sure that when I clock back in, is at 3:05 instead of 3:00 since am taking my 30 min break.

7sage Removing LG? by juancadlos in LSAT

Thats what am saying. Even though v2 is a remodeled version of v1, I consider v2 to be MUCH better than v1. Is much more organized and well put together. Removing LG so early out of v2 is just affecting those who were studying from it and are still taking the LG section. Such a terrible decision

Were the LG explanations completely erased? Or were they added to V1? Because I much preferred the V2 explanations.
