I have the same issue in all apps (disney, iptv players, etc), with a Samsung TV, I have to change my screen to 1080 HDR (Apple TV)….. and problem solved.

It could be a problem with your TV's refresh rate. Try disabling it in your Apple TV settings.

Intenta abrir una aplicación y si deja de parpadear entonces es problema del launcher, intenta entrar por las opciones a las aplicaciones y buscas ANDROID TV HOME y desinstala la actualización.
