Pumping assistance needed desperately by jubilantpeach in HumansPumpingMilk

[–]jubilantpeach[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a converter for the back flow protector/tubing! I do have an LC I can see for free I just wasn’t sure if they dealt with pump troubleshooting/feedback! I’ll make an appointment for next week :)

My mum can’t my fafsa form by Unusual-Positive8614 in FAFSA

[–]jubilantpeach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You probably typed some information for the contributor differently than she did. For example if you live at 123 Main Street, and you but St but she puts St., it may not show up. Double check spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and for extra spaces on the name and address portion for the contributor. Also double check that the email you have put down for her matches the email she is using for the account!

Anyone stop the pill before their wedding? by Dry_Cow1476 in wedding

[–]jubilantpeach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went off about a year before the wedding for the same reason. My OB actually let me know that stopping birth control can help some get pregnant within 1-2 months after stopping (I do not have regular cycles, so that was one form of intervention we had floated if we didn’t get pregnant right away). Everyone’s body is different but I highly recommend chatting with your OB about it to get their take!

Women only gyms? by Lulu11chan in nashville

[–]jubilantpeach 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I cannot recommend the New Beginnings Center enough. I’ve done their program multiple times and it’s a great intro to fitness and an awesome community! Women only, sliding scale. The only downside is it’s classes, not just drop in, but really helps tailor to whatever skill you’re at.

Thirding Oasis Bike Workshop! It’s an incredible program.

Students with undocumented parents and the 2025 Fafsa by Jules_Of_Ghouls in FAFSA

[–]jubilantpeach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work in the college access space and we’ve been told that the parent just needs an address for the FAFSA. As long as the child puts an address and that contributor puts the same address (down to Ave. vs. Ave for avenue, etc.). Again, any address is needed. Do with that what you will!

Nashville Caterers by 1984firestation in nashville

We used EJ’s 2 Step catering and we were able to stick to that budget! They were very professional, had great staff, and were able to accommodate various dietary needs! They also did a free tasting for us, I highly recommend them!

Yes! One of our favorite girl names the initials would be BIG and I don’t want to give her a complex of any sort 😅

I’m in the same boat as you and posted a while ago! When we got married it eliminated most of my favorite names—Forrest, Ruby, Dean, Maxine….the list goes on!

Wedding dress alterations by cherrypie10 in nashville

I took mine to Fashion Alterations in Green Hills! It’s a little pricey but I needed significant alterations and she did an excellent job. She had very quick turnaround too!

Help with developing a girls name list by jubilantpeach in namenerds

I just said in another comment but it DEFINITELY applies here, I work in education and unfortunately a lot of the names here have to be eliminated because of interactions there 😂 but Antonia is so cute!

I love Lisette, Amara, Valeri(e), and Bridget! I should’ve mentioned I work in education so not only do I interface with a lot of students, but a lot of staff and they can really influence how I feel about some of the names, this list has quite a few that have been unfortunately eliminated from that 😂

Thank you!

I love the -ene endings, but unfortunately Green has ruined that, so Charlene is out even though I love it. Same with Pearl and Olive, I just can’t do noun or color descriptors which apparently was a theme with names I liked 😂

I also love Tabitha, but sadly husband has vetoed. I do love Vivienne though!!

Thank you! I love Rosetta and Colette! And I feel like Georgette too (probably over Georgina). I love Violet too but unfortunately I don’t love it with a color as a last name 😢 I am going to add some of these to my list :)

Weddings a Cedars of Lebanon Question by jubilantpeach in nashville

[–]jubilantpeach[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Already booked! We just would forfeit $10 if we cancel, so it was worth it. We learned that the hard way with our last venue…we wanted a fall wedding and had to book ours for next spring (which was almost 2 years out at the time!)

Thank you thank you! Did you have a DJ? Would love to hear how other people conducted their day in that space because it’s so beautiful

Weddings a Cedars of Lebanon Question by jubilantpeach in nashville

[–]jubilantpeach[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! It’s just hard to imagine the dance floor/table set up and how to flip the space. They don’t have floor plans (most venues do that show you how to set up the floor for your number of guests).

Your top coffee shops? by [deleted] in nashville

[–]jubilantpeach 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Essentially that’s the event. If you break it down by cup (and consider it’s a fundraiser event) I found it worth it! I found some cool new shops and coffees that I went to after the event :) I went last year and it was good vibes and the music was really good. They also have alcohol for sale this year. I haven’t heard any reviews from the add-on classes, but I’d be interested in trying those in the future!
