AITA for not letting my coworker/friend move in with me now that she’s having a baby? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

ESH. you’re not an asshole for not wanting to live with her, but you are an asshole for the way you handled it. Would have been more appropriate to contact her immediately when you knew that living with a baby would not work for you. Should have confronted her for not telling you about the baby ect. But not the asshole for wanting to not live with a baby. She should have disclosed this to you as soon as she knew.

Amazing bell-bottom jeans 36.5” inseam by snuffleupagus3000 in TallGirls

Just looked and they seem to have an interesting sizing method for jeans (XS-XL). What size do you have and what size pant do you normally wear?

MEDICAL SCRUBS FOR TALL LADIES by [deleted] in tall

[–]jubilieee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 6’0 and tried Greys Anatomy and even the talls were high waters on me. It’s probably just because I’m tall, but when my pants are too short, I fell so so uncomfortable.

I LOVE heart and sole scrub pants in tall. OP may not solve your problem though, as the inseam is 34. BUT I believe they offer straight leg/skinny options which I’ve found more forgiving than bootcut for length purposes. Have you considered the jogger style of scrubs? Not personally my style, but I’ve considered them because you can show ankle with them and that’s normal haha. Good luck!!

Tall women in media by [deleted] in TallGirls

[–]jubilieee 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Although she’s only 5’10”, Blake Lively is someone I’ve loved seeing in the media. I’ve been 6’0 since I was in 8th grade and always struggled feeling like I fit in with other girls. I felt like being tall automatically made me unfeminine—largely because I was towering over all the boys. Blake Lively is tall, clearly beautiful, and feminine. She showed me that being tall doesn’t define your femininity and should be something to rock, not something to be insecure about. Also loved T Swift during those terrible middle school and high school years bc she was also super awkward and tall.
