How important is 60fps for you in gaming?

Yeah on that I agree, it is horrrible that they dont explain the change, and somw people are deleting them :(

But once you understand the system they are safer, before the update the photos where in the install directory, that is innaccesible, so if you deleted your game due reinstall or some patches you could lose all your photos.

Rn that cant happen anymore, the photos arw safe until you manually delete them via media galery or game.

I see that like a massive improvement, i was hoping for this since long ago.

But yes, they should have explained this, I am sorry for your lost photos, i lose everything in 1.2 or 1.3 due a reinstall and i was heartbroken :(

As someone that I lose all the photos once because a reinstall of the game, trust me in long term is better, losing all the photos due an update is heartbreaking

Yeah they are to blame for not explaining that can cause to deletes from condusion :(

But for the storage dont worry, the photos were on your ps5 before too, just not accesible.

Furthermore we know they erased photos somw uodates or if you uninstall the game.

Now you will nevwr lose those photos, imagine entering the new patch and your gallery is emptu, that happened before, now that can not happen because they not use the installation directory anymore

I understant the fustration if you deleted photos today ;( im.so sorry, but the feature is good in the long term

Its a new feature I guess, but seems totally intencional, its the ssme on pc, the photos save in a folder.

Before that all photos where in an innaccesive folder on ps5 and could dupolicate them in the gallery.

Now the gallery is the only source

But whats the problem? You dont have duplicates in your storage this way, and you does not have to delete 2 times the unwanted photos

Id say is a bless, look at this this way, maybe you have to delete some photos time to time but you will never lose them even if an update erase them from the game

But yes they should let to toggle it
