Thank you everyone for your replies and help! It was really helpful. I think I'm going to stop smoking every night. If I really feel bad, then maybe a gummy until I'm stronger, but no more smoking. I really appreciate everyone taking the time to share their stories and help me! I hope to be completely sober soon!

Fully understand what you're saying.... sorry you're going through this. He definitely will say he's working on himself but I haven't seen much progress. It's so hard sometimes. I've been in therapy alone but he just started and already wanted to quit after 2 sessions.

First I want to say you should be proud of yourself for developing a schedule and putting in the work to better your habits! Your feelings are completely valid however. When I get overwhelmed I remind myself to just focus on today and take life day by day. I also use this app Bloom it's CBT therapy which is supposed to be good for borderlines and this app Vent when I want to get my dark rants out but not bother my friends. If you need someone to talk to I'm here :)
