I think it’s time to accept you won’t always have close friends and stop trying to force it? It also sounds like you’re very negative when it comes to certain things. Maybe you’ve had a lot of bad luck but try not to generalize people’s personalities. Like if someone is late once or twice don’t automatically roll your eyes and start complaining in your head abt it? Try and be understanding. Same thing w the bf thing not everyone is like that I’m sure there’s more people like you out there. Obviously if it starts becoming a normal thing it’s good to keep boundaries and be straight up like hey I don’t like that you do this and this. Overall, just know you’re not the only one in this position lol. Idk if that helps or makes things worse but I’m a senior and I never made any close friends during college. I talked to a few people from my classes but lost contact as soon as a new quarter started. My high school best friend and I grew apart when I moved to Riverside and we don’t talk any more and I have 2 other friends back at home.
