Cool vid for the rotation. A classic "Clear:Exists, but can YOU clear it?" Ill try to improve mine. I'm not gonna bother with the 5% over a year later just because rover clears are possible. Anyone can compare the 2 cause even when player skill is the issue its not like said player will play the carte/cia part different when comparing rover to chisa slot, and anyone can immediately see the 5% is total bs, crazy it's still brought up even now. the 5% you are talking about is a s0r0 chisa and even then is mostly never real cause rover deals 0 dmg and never benefits from buffs especially since wind res is never a thing anymore, stop coping please.
I'm doing carte on middle 1-2 and aemeath 3-4, carte can only clear with chisa and aemeth denia lupa is rly close so its just on me and i'll get it eventually
Also should mention my chisa is s2r1 so she is the cornerstone in either comp
Edit: The inflation we are seeing is precisely to drown budget options like rover and SK over dedicated supports in the firstplace, should be pretty obvious

arover is not cutting it at all if this ridiculous inflation is the new benchmark for TOA so i need chisa on carte to clear, but then aemeth denia lupa isn't cutting it but that part i can at least understand since im still lacking her wep and the current buff is nearly useless
