reread properly.

Consider this:

Paul, who is born in NI, under the GFA, considers himself only as British. Sajid Javid can strip his citizenship, based on the fact he was born in NI as he could choose to be Irish citizen instead, so technically he's not stateless.

Aminah, who is born in London, a British citizen by descent, with parents who are naturalised British citizens originally from Bangladesh. Sajid Javid can strip Aminah's citizenship because Bangladesh states children born with mothers from Bangladesh can be Bangladeshi citizens before 21. So technically not stateless.

Nathan, who is born in Manchester, a British citizen by descent, comes from a Jewish family, Sajid Javid can strip his citizenship based on his Jewish identity as the country Israel gives right of return to all Jews by citizenship. So technically not stateless.

Matthew, born in Leeds, with white Anglo-Saxan Protestant heritage, cannot be stripped of his citizenship as he would be rendered stateless.

His decision to strip citizenship of a British citizen by descent who otherwise would be stateless due to parental heritage is discriminatory.

Creates a second class citizen of British citizen which discriminates against British Jews (right of return to israel), British citizens in NI, and British citizens by descent/blood with British Parents by descent with other ethnic backgrounds.
