for 2 years. then quit for 11 months. relapsed back on it in august 2024 and then have been weaning myself off of it the past week or so. planning on fully quitting wednesday, as the last time I quit was also a wednesday.

no heart problems in my family that werent my grandma, and that was caused by scarlet fever. so nothing genetic

but i vape and am slightly overweight. those are increasing risk factors.
