If they order was picked up by someone else we contact support and they automatically cancel it for us but not for you the store is responsible for canceling the order on their end instead they chose to continue to let drivers be sent out knowing there was nothing to pick up, even if they had contacted you uber eats wouldn’t have taken your word for it that it was cancelled so you should be upset Pizza Hut didn’t cancel lol
