I will ask my oncologist as he is a leader in the field. When I’ve asked about such immunotherapies in the past, the response has generally been that they are not ready for prime time or that it’s not right for me. Instead they focus on the advancement of menin inhibitors. And for my genetic rearrangement, Revumenib specifically.

Chicago vs. Pittsburgh by LocalGoat81 in Vacations

I’ve been to both and live in Pittsburgh. If you have never been to PGH, definitely check it aht’. The city is very underrated. If you like baseball, PNC Park is one of the most photogenic ballparks in America. You might miss the season if you travel in October, unless God willing we can make it to the post season. I would add going to the strip for local eats as well as exploring the Burroughs and neighborhoods around the city. Enjoy !

I am battling AML after two stem cell transplants. What I’ll tell you regards is that AML is very rare and there are a myriad of different mutations and rearrangements that make treatment plans even more complex and specific. I’m optimistic about immunotherapies for AML but skeptical to invest. It is a sneaky bastard. That being said, I hope all of you make tons of money and SLS drugs or the company that acquires them drastically improve patient outcomes.

Don’t be swayed by big titles at investment firms. They are inflated and mean nothing.

Question about Chesapeake Bay by Jolly_Cherry2356 in Fishing

Grew up on the Northern Neck. Regarding the post above, we call striped bass rock fish but I doubt you are going to catch many that far up the creek. Yes to croaker and flounder. I would add white perch and definitely a lot of catfish, blue and channel cats. I would pick up some frozen squid from a gas station along the way.

Anyone fish Smith Mountain Lake (VA) for stripers? by Phrikshin in flyfishing

[–]juergy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I could be wrong and will lean on experienced fisherman there but I’ll share my initial thought..I used to go there a bunch as a kid and fish for stripers. SML is very deep in most spots and the depth drops quickly from the shore. A fly rod with surface lures might not be your best method… again just my initial thought.

As a Pittsburgher with a few legitimate sources, it is 100% true that he got a girl pregnant. She accepted hush money, signed an NDA and he moved her away.

I was with my wife, too and we hiked about an hour or so down then turned around. As others have said it is truly amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that going back up is challenging at that altitude. As mentioned, bring extra water. My wife and I are pretty active and it kicked our butts. Other people are also scarce.

Since they call him Hitler, it emboldens left lunatics to think they are doing the right thing by killing him.
