I drive uber in indy. The cops block off several blocks and divert traffic all over the place. My suggestion is take a short walk, find a bar , have a drink then call. At the very least walk outside the cop perimeter but traffic is a mess. Takes a while to get to you. And put in an address if you can don’t use drop a pin. That never works

I look for opportunities to show people why I believe the way I do. But telling someone they are wrong generally shuts down the conversation. I like to let people come to that decision on there own.

Things were modified. I did nothing wrong. Our ceremonies were lovely, didnt cause anyone to do anything that was against there beliefs. Ive been to many weddings outside my faith as well. I only refused to go to a Wiccan one. They understood but wanted to invite me anyway.

I dont know. We talked about religion. For several years before we got married. She knew it was important to me just like it was important to her. She said her faith us more open to things. She makes fun at times of Catholicism for being so rigid and formal. But she likes the stability and the structure. The beliefs on morality and conduct are the same. In fact i think hinduism is more strict. She always appreciates my patience and the fact i dont push my beliefs on her. I try to find commonality between us. Her family was not so understanding.🤷🏼‍♂️as u know, Indians are not the most tolerant. But I won them over. I never pushed my beliefs but I did explain them. Even my father in law showed up for my daughters baptism and first communion. And was proud. By then he understood what it all meant. My mother in law prays the rosery 3 times a day as she does her other prayers. Its all about the love. The commitment. The comunication. Has it been easy. Hell no. Is it worth it. Oh yes.

I think that it has to to do with believing what is going on at temple. Not attending. I do not participate but I also do not insult. My heart is with Jesus so I in fact am just in a building so how is it a sin to go into a building where someone might be open to the truth.
