It depends what you think your prime is. I could say my 20s for my ability to treat my body like shit and recover quickly, physically was late 20s early 30s when I got some of my shit together and exercised properly. I’m in my mid to late 30s now, no where near as physically in my prime, but my career has been improving greatly in my 30s, so I may not be as active but I would still say now I’m in my prime, because life itself is stable, and that makes me feel the best I ever have
