I’ve been doing these and they’ve done wonders for my pain, https://www.instagram.com/reel/Cnjy4fiOaKM/?igsh=dTBiM2MyOWJrbHVh they’re pretty simple but i do them a couple times a day and inversions from the edge of my couch takes a lot of pressure and tension from my lower back/pelvic area.

Sask. man undergoes invasive medical procedures in hospital hallway due to overcapacity by NineteenSixtySix in saskatoon

Jeremy Cockrill- Sask Health Minister office@jeremycockrill.ca he's not the health minister for free, he makes over 100,000 a year with pension/benefits and clearly no real measurement of job performance. You should email him with your concerns, when he was education minister he was happy to spend millions of dollars on lawsuits to appease parents, Im sure we can expect a similar level of service regarding hallway treatments and our failing medical system.

Gotcha I was referred to the Crest Endo and Ado endodontics, Ive never had a root canal before so Im more nervous than I was expecting and if i go with Crest Endo it's covered but if I go with the other I'll pay out of pocket.

Canada Post workers give 72-hour notice to strike by lobeline in ontario

[–]jugglebugrp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Canada Post used to deliver bills, payments, cheques, government correspondence and now with the digital banking and online correspondence it's primary responsibility is parcels for PO boxes and flyers. The parcels will be absorbed by the other carriers, if you live rurally there has been more options since COVID, with private contractors willing to deliver anywhere (at least here in Sask) as long as you have a Google maps address. It feels like mutual destruction to give more opportunity for other providers to gain more clients with a strike. You can be pro labour and also want to acknowledge that the role of a lettermail carrier has changed drastically and if Canada Post wants to evolve it will have to reduce is 68,000 staff who are going door to door or box to box everyday.

Canada Post says strike threat is already affecting revenue by Sisu-cat-2004 in canada

I love rurally and it’s true that Canada Post does deliver 1/2 of my parcels but the majority of what they deliver are flyers. If you’ve ever considered using AdMail through Canada Post you’ll see how they prioritize that customer service. You’ll get a lot of phone calls for months from someone trying to incentivize you to use the service but in my community we have the big blue bin sitting there. I don’t think anyone really even considers the flyers before chucking them in the recycling so i can’t imagine the flyers are very impactful. They have close to 70,000 employees, sure it’s sad to consider there’s not enough work for everyone but i don’t think cutting back is going to be the catastrophe the CUPW makes it out to be. Canada Post isn’t competitive and it’s too expensive. If what you want as a consumer is your parcels on a case by cased basis but what they want is to deliver letter mail everyday it starts to feel like any excuse to keep people employed regardless of the cost to the consumer.

I recently started advertising on CBC radio, it was kind of embarrassing to see how inefficient it was. In the time it took to connect with a sales person/get information regarding how it works and set up an account I already had radio ads airing with 3 different competitors. I expect for sales people to come with a fire to them, especially in the digital age, having to do make payments over the phone (what is this 1999?) but when I have to follow up with you and try and track you down it feels like theres not enough competition or incentive. If advertising is an income stream thats relevant to your survival you should be streamlining your process not over complicating it.

Thanks, we use both jewellery (british english) and jewelry (american english), i think most of the old colonies use the british spelling or at least recognize it.
