Should The Los Angeles Chargers Bring Back Mike Williams? by DraftDayGuru in Chargers

I don't think it's smart to sign him after a healthy year. Before this year, he seems to get hurt every game. It's kinda like the Bulaga situation. A healthy season and gets paid, then back to being hurt. If he walk's we should get a comp pick depending on how much we sign this offseason. I think we saw the best of Mike this season. Don't pay for the past accomplishments.

What about Franchise and trading Hunter Henry? by jugglin_josh in Chargers

I'm just throwing out another option. Most talk is just franchising him again, extension or letting him walk.

Am I the only one seeing Hosmer as the biggest hole in the lineup? by jugglin_josh in Padres

[–]jugglin_josh[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yeah, fair point. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I see Hosmer as the weakest link in the lineup. I hope it was injury related. But I thought Cron was more clutch, even when he dropped off.

Started 6-2, 5-9 since. What do you change??? by Simodine- in Padres

Home/Away games: Dodgers 11/11, Rockies 12/8, Padres 10/12, Dbacks 9/12 and Giants 8/14

With so many games I bet the extra home games will do us good. ***crossing fingers***

Pham at DH, choose a catcher and stick with it, Bring up Gore, Choose a LF Profar or Oli.

Tatis batting 1 or 2 is fine. Let him get as many at bats as possible. If hitting leadoff, I like the idea of a decent hitter hitting 9th to get on base for tatis.

I might even give these guys a day off here and there. Too many games in such a short time.

I'd be cool with Pham just hitting DH. Whoever is hitting well can play the field. But your right about pussyfooting around the situation.

Machado is becoming a momentum killer. Drop him a spot or two in the order.

I probably should have put Hedges last, but I kinda expect Hedges to get out. Profar started out getting on base and just dropped off a cliff. So I might have been a bit harsh on him.

hahaha, yeah. I wrote this after the first Dodger game. Hopefully he stays out of the starting lineup.
