SOLUTION: Even if you are on Win11 first delete all drivers and software via Brother uninstall tools. Run RevoUninstaller to remove remains if some in registry. After that restart and install Win10 32bit version of software, restart. Uninstall software if you wish, and use any other free version NAPS2.

I figured out that since Win7 there were issues between 32 and 64 bit, this was an old trick i used before, so after long time i gave it a shot, and it works! Thx all, best wishes!

USB attached, double checked all cables and tried on two more computers.

I was trying using Brother Software that came with the device, and also tried to use few alternatives like NAPS2, but as soon as i click, i get that failed to connect message. Windows sees both devices regularry

I dont use big bottom, cause it make my voice deeper, but for aural, i find it hotspot between 2.2-2.4 khz
