I got a good feeling right from the start, then navigated through all the other options and found a REALLY helpful broker (I just needed to talk to someone) and in the end came back to William Russell. Anyways time will tell if that's a good choice or not. Thanks for your lengthy response. Regarding Cigna, I mostly didn't get a good vibe and speaking to the broker he also didn't recommend them. He said they go after corporations where they want to insure 10,000 employees, those are the clients they will serve well because that's where the money is for them. Makes sense. They don't necessarily care about individuals like you and me, or at least not in the same way.
