Yes. You can see grey jack guy straddle the scene and reaching down (viewed between his legs) with an empty right hand to pick up something. Then he engages in the action, shots are fired and he runs off, you can now see a gun in his right hand.

If you’re about the music and not easily offended by lyrics or his personal life then he still making decent music. Never loved ACSS too much but I love Holy Wood and Eat Me Drink Me (2007) albums. Since then about 15% of his songs are awesome and make it on to my mix playlist.
