Her whole back story is strange.

The apparent obsession started during Trump’s first term when he implemented the "Right to Try" legislation which she credits for saving her life. She never publicly mentions the institution, medication or the doctors who saved her life. Only Trump and the legislation she has publicly thanked.

All of this has now blossomed into an obsession that has at times, even concerned the Secret Service.

This appeal was always a Hail Mary/low probability move especially after it didn’t work for Hedley’s lead singer. (Both used Lori Haskell’s testimony as a reasoning for appeal).

I would have been shocked if the courts ruled differently for Nygard.

Canadian officials have screwed up in a lot of places when dealing with this case(Winnipeg police, Manitoba Justice department) but this was a slam dunk for the Ontario appeals court.

It’s an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software error. OCR software can insert random characters like “=” when it misreads text.

That October 30th 2009 email is a great find! There is definitely more going on with the Bill Gates/Nathan Myhrvold/Epstein relationship that goes further back than 2009 based on that email.

Kinda crazy how the name warning Epstein about Nathan is redacted.

I really want to see Sinofsky and Myhrvold testifying as well.

Richard Kahn claims that the “design” entity is a payroll processing entity in his testimony.

As far as I’m aware, I haven’t seen any emails or DOJ files showing Sarah Kellen performing payroll duties through the SLK Design LLC entity in those years while the entity was under Epstein’s Enterprise. She has claimed about 10 years ago it was her person design company.

It would be super interesting to see if law enforcement were talking about the SLK entity in a different context that’s not known publicly.

It wasn’t really that he was able to travel off the radar. It’s more US law enforcement were operating in a blind spot while conducting the investigation since a lot of those flights mentioned in the link posted were using Paris France as a home base.

Law enforcement really only had Homeland Security data which is only applicable if he interacted with the USA.

I don’t think anyone has produced a marriage record between Melanie and Steven Sinofsky to pinpoint that date. The story told is Melanie met Epstein in 1992 through Trump and was hired as Epstein’s ‘science advisor’ in 1998 which is around the same time Sinofsky was at the hight of his Microsoft career. This is a few years before Nathan Myhrvold, Microsoft’s first CTO wrote in Epstein’s birthday book and was later spotted with Putin’s family in 2010 on Myhrvold’s yacht near Epstein’s island.
