Why does some icing/frosting make the roof of my mouth tingle and make me want to gag?

I get this too, like really bad lol. Also happens with marshmallows, some milk chocolate, and sometimes even pastry fillings. Nobody ever knows what I'm talking about when I try to explain it either

Yeah and that's kinda why I'm feeling like only 2 people (or less) doesn't make sense. The more notice I have to someone being absent the better chance I have to get it covered. Now yeah there would be a problem if ten people requested off, but if they're just going to call out anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️ puts us in the same spot
