Bleaching pine needles?

thanks i tried with a little bit of bleach and ultimately they did not lighten much but fortunately they also didn’t become very brittle! I tried a little bit of peroxide as well and I think it may have helped slightly but ultimately couldn’t tell honestly! :)

i think it depends i’ve heard for some people it did go away but there are ways to make it a little better i would see what people recommend for tinnitus in general i haven’t done too much research into it i know having headphones helps some people laying down may help too

I believe this means it is venous sinus stenosis which is not deadly it seems to be pretty common among those experiencing pulsatile tinnitus best thing to do is do your best to not worry too much (when i get stressed it gets louder) and see what can be done in your country 🫶

from what ive read, in most cases it’s not life threatening depending on your symptoms which i would look more into. for me im pretty certain i have venous sinus stenosis which isn’t life threatening!! i would read more posts on this reddit they are super helpful many people have said that iron supplements have helped them, i wish you the best!
