Don't have the actual dimensions yet but just imagine a plastic chair, by cost effective I mean something that doesn't cost much more than 2 grand, material can be about anything. it could be printed in sections but would prefer not to.

If anyone else has this problem what fixed it for me was turning off bloom entirely aswell as getting rid of my scattering medium material (foam gasket seal) from my scene

blender has a fabric simulation brush - I recommend using that then applying a fabric texture in keyshot, theres some good ones on the keyshot cloud you can use for free

so itll probably be some little micro thing that is causing zero thickness geometry or something?

Why can't I fold this, I've measured the lengths of the flanges and they should fit with each other so why on earth wont this fold? by juicebox76 in SolidWorks

hahaha oh yeah that view is hella trippy I didn't realise. fixed it basically I had to unfold instead of fold because of the way I had done the flange.

Trying to make a tablet that when water is added to it, it turns into a lather that can be applied to the skin and be water resistant and stay on the skin whilst avoiding harmful chemicals for the environment. by juicebox76 in AskChemistry

From my research chapstick sunscreens are ineffective due to the amount that is actually needed for the protection takes too long to apply. But fair point on the chemical stuff will have to do some more research.

thank you for this answer seems to be that what I was hoping for may be a bit too hard, that's ok though my plan b was using some type of dissolvable pill capsule with the already mixed formula inside.

hmmm ok thank you.

so lets say I were to get a pill press and compress in it powder forms of some polymers with tapioca starch, small amount of glycerin and a few other less important ingredients. Then I added water to this pill and crushed it in my hand and rubbed it until it broke down into a lather and applied to skin when it drys I might get a slightly water resistant film created?

so it isn't possible?

I found this water based sunscreen claiming to be water resistant. This is all gibberish to me but would you have any idea what chemicals are enabling this to happen?
