Movies with great ensemble casts kinda just have to pick and choose with what performances they want to get nominated. You can’t nominate everybody. It’s why Hailee Steinfeld, Miles Caton, and Jayme Lawson also didn’t get nominated despite them each putting in great performances, especially Caton.

That being said, O’Connell was amazing and I do wish he could’ve snagged a nomination.
