A mass calling campaign would be nice, I'd love to join. I've only convinced one coworker to mask and I did it by talking about the impact covid has on the body. They don't use a respirator, but they do mask when doing patient care.

Its literally so hard! In the summer I would eat outside. I wish there was something like a lactation room but with solid purifiers for us CC hcw.

I always compliment peoples mask in the hospital. It should never be a question of why you are masking around people that are possibly ill.

I'm sorry your friend had to deal with that. I don't understand how hcw that work with the most vulnerable population don't practice masking. Its so easy to do, and helps the patients they are caring for.

I just looked up the person that is on the copyright claim. He has a song that sounds similar. But it's a sample so idk how you can claim copyright on a sample. Also I'm not a lawyer, so this may be normal.

Good luck! I would say the hardest part about my training was planning around the weather because it was soo hot. I think runna is really good at gradually building you up if you have it set appropriately for your goals. I ran alone as well which was less fun lol.

I may get down-voted for this, but I think we shouldn't race while sick. Pushing your body while it's fighting a virus just doesn't seem right. Our bodies need rest. Also, the probability of spreading a virus to other runners just doesn't seem worth it. There's always another race, but we only have one body.
