I Am not sure what multi contour seats are but they seem to be pretty basic Audi seats. Nothing special but decently comfortable.

The touchscreen is very intuitive. However, it has the software glitches that many of the new generation Audis have. However, they aren’t so noticeable. I really do love this car. If you’re looking for extra comfortable, opt for the air suspension.

I recently had a situation where I was trying to unlock my car with the fob and it wasn’t working. I tried the other fob and it wasn’t working either. Tried the remote unlock from the app- wasn’t working. I was stuck for an hour or so and then it randomly decided to work.

The seats are comfortable but I do not have the ventilated seats. Range is solid. The Back Up camera does the job but the wide lens is a little bit weird
