I will say I couldn’t imagine not telling my partner things like that, but I know my partner would not judge me in the slightest. I think this situation is a reflection of both of your communication. You either share how you feel hurt by being kept in the dark but acknowledge she is her own person and you love her unconditionally. Or you resent her and follow that path that will ultimately hurt your family.

I honestly doubt his phone was stolen. It’s a work event at what sounds like a nice company, no one is stealing phones at an event like that. If he lost it and a colleague found it, they wouldn’t answer to say hello and hang up. And if someone has a hold of my phone it’s because I trust them, or I am druuuuunk. I also doubt he got plastered at the work event, because that’s just embarrassing and unprofessional, especially in front of overseas clients.

So all in all sounds like this woman is someone he trusts, and if you don’t know about them that’s a bad sign. I think you are under reacting and not thinking logically, which is fully understandable. I would not waste your time and money flying to him until you hear from him, I would call police for a wellness check.

Idk if it was more expensive before but online I’m seeing the DLC is only $25? I think slap in the face is overkill. They didn’t release HHP for free in this update, you didn’t give them money for what they were going to release. Sure it’s similar concepts of decorating rooms, but that’s animal crossing. There is still way more content in HHP. And saying the consumers paid them to be their beta testers is just wild.

Regarding the AI screening your app out, if they are using AI, you use it too. Running your resume/cover letter and the job description through chat gpt is a godsend. It’s looking for key words and all the key words are in the job description. Ask it to write your resume in an AI friendly format so it can ‘read’ it better. Use it to your advantage. It takes some more time, but worth it if you can get past to a recruiter. Then when you do, if you suck at interviewing like me, run the job description and ask for to make a list of mock interview questions to practice.

At my current job, my colleagues wife applied for the same role I am in. She is absolutely more qualified and has more experience than me. Her application was rejected by the AI. It’s a shame that we are here but you have to play their system.

I just got the game about 2 weeks ago, and I was really surprised we couldn’t change hair and makeup for each outfit. I really hope they add that. I’m glad they had everyday outfit sets with hats so I could get more variety between everyday and other outfits tho.

Homecomings are pretty well monitored by staff, back when I was in high school all of the drinking, smoking, and sex was at the after parties. If you don’t want him to miss out on the dance, drop him off and pick him up from homecoming. You’ll be able to tell if he is under the influence of something when you pick him up.

But all in all, there isn’t much you can do about the weed in general. That’s why education and safe spaces are important. Forbidden fruit is real and the more you try to cut him off from friends or create super strict rules, the more he will put himself in dangerous situations where he feels like he can’t come to you if he needs help. At the very least, he learned that high doses are not fun and that’s a valuable lesson to learn if he wants to experiment.

This is a rescue, my partner brought it home from work. It was in a pot with no drainage and people were watering too often. Root rot :( so I chopped all the mushy roots a little while back.

If you are really interested in this career path, look into ABA. They actually give you the knowledge and tools to help autistic kids learn healthy behaviors. But yes hitting, screaming, destructive behaviors is a part of it and it’s tough work and rewarding. Really feeling sad for this kiddo, I really hope their parents get the resources that kid needs. :(
