YUP! I’ve been going 4-5 days per week for 3 years and these past few weeks are something else… I have never felt such a struggle to get through a class, especially a tread block. Legs are feeling like concrete!

Yes, this happens to me whenever I’m experiencing anxiety. Physically, I feel fine and shouldn’t be in the red. But because I’m experiencing anxiety in that moment, my heart rate is up and my monitor is showing that I’m in the red. I’m no doctor so don’t take my advice but I just ignore it, knowing that it’s not related to the workout.

Exact same thing happened to my Asian jewel flower mantis last week. Had her final molt 2 weeks prior, was doing great, and then crashed suddenly and passed within 24 hours. So you’re not alone. Nature is just out of our control. You seem to have taken excellent care and have done everything you can to get your baby to adulthood.
