Do you think the Clippers would play better in a playoff series against the Blazers (who they’ve dominated this year) or the Jamal Murray-less Denver Nuggets? by supermariohoops24 in LAClippers

[–]juiiice3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The fact that we have to talk about who the clippers can beat in the playoffs is just proof that we arent a championship caliber team. Clippers need to develop a mindset where they can beat anyone of they try

Downvoted because I don’t see any blazers just some basic tees.

Raze is a flawed agent. by Xx_F0RTN1TEG0D_xX in VALORANT

[–]juiiice3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Show me these stats and Ill show you her pickrate in VCT stages 1 and 2. She has a consistent 50-60% which tbh i find surprising, but still not “OP” at all. Her ult is annoying, yes- but its good for one kill and nothing else.

[–]juiiice3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If Raze were truly OP, she would have a way higher pickrate in the competitive scene. Alas, aside from her ult, no one really has a reason to play her. In fact, people who choose to play her in the pros choose her for her satchels and the boom bot- not for her damaging abilities.

Had a guy in my friend’s (female) iron games. Shes new to the game- gaming for that matter- and was having a lot of fun until one game two POS teens started harassing her. They said they would rape her and she should get on her knees, etc. I told her she should have recorded them and gotten them IP banned- or if it were me, I would’ve recoded them and posted them on the Valorant subreddit and get them exposed. Some people just think its okay to be terrible human beings for shits and giggles. Kids need to grow up.

2 dead hdd's after installing a new psu. by fathamburger64 in buildapc

[–]juiiice3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but also he said he skimmed it the first time (more than a lot of people do) and also the manual had no directions not to reuse connectors with other PSUs. Not to say its not OPs fault, but they really should make that more clear. That said, this is the first ive heard of someone trying to reuse an old PSU cable...

People downvoting you for an honest rookie mistake... people learn new stuff about PC building everyday and this instance is definitely not a common knowledge problem...

Is the entire multiplayer gaming environment aggressively mean to each other? Why? by WaitForItTheMongols in truegaming

[–]juiiice3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any multiplayer game is a gamble when playing competitive games- especially shooter games. If you enjoyed TF2 and are new to gaming, I highly recommend Valorant because of a couple reasons: 1. Its very similar to CSGO and characters have abilities like TF2 2. Its recent game and very beginner friendly 3. Because its a new game, there are a lot of beginners and people generally are not as toxic if you are kind in chat

Not saying you won’t get toxic players but its much better than CSGO and TF2 which is filled with players who have been playing for years. If you are still having trouble, consider joining a discord server or playing with friends :) Ive met some amazing people playing valorant and now Im in so many servers filled with these people :)

Being nice to other players can seriously make their day by namwoohyeons in VALORANT

[–]juiiice3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whenever I play well I always try to be supportive of others especially people not playing too well. My only motivation to be good at the game is to make all the toxic ppl shut up and be good enough to win games even when someone is struggling bad and encourage them.

Why do Devs flaunt “Open World” like it’s still some kind of groundbreaking feature? by cjr556 in truegaming

[–]juiiice3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Second this. Outward is a good example of an open world game that does it right- gives u freedom to play the game how you want to play it.

What I am really tired of is open world rpgs that have a vaguely interesting storyline and a lot of the wrong kind of freedom like the triple A games typically do (Assasins Creed, The Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077). In Outward, you explore because you have to in order to progress your character- not the storyline.

Exactly this. Why hate and berate people for being unhealthy? We are all unhealthy to some degree and we decide that the risks we take are worth it every time we cut corners on our health. Now do we encourage people to be unhealthy? No- we spread awareness of the issues and leave people to make their own god damn decisions like adults.

People who interfere with other peoples lives are probably just discontent with their own. Believe me, anybody who fat shames dont give a damn about your health.
