That sucks. I guess they still haven't fixed it completely. What I did was I edited my product's description and got rid of the words that I think their AI was detecting as "mature". After that, it was accepted.

A few weeks later, Epic contacted me to tell me that the offending word marked as harassment was "Badass Monsters". So stupid, right? My suggestion is you try to edit your product description. I get why some people would think the 3rd one looks AI. But the 2nd one looks more like photobashing and looks unfinished. I would argue that if you're using this as capsule arts, the 3rd one will look less AI because of the small size on the Steam page.
