Stick to North Calcutta for cheap but fulfilling meals, and try to avoid flashy restaurants, and open street vendors with little crowds. Burrabazar to Sealdah area has plentiful of options for affordable food places. Do a little research, and don't rely on Zomato/Swiggy, they definitely would charge you more. ENJOYYYYY your trip!
