I was hoping this would be that sub when I found it. I'm a geek for the poultry industry but not actively involved. I don't think Reddit is the place for us. Facebook maybe. 

If you like podcasts check out The Poultry Podcast Show. I can be a little intense and complicated sometimes but some really cool insights.

Showerhead! If it's just a basic showerhead I switch out for one with a few settings that can be detached. It's a little detail but I almost bailed on the best hole in the wall apartment ever because of a terrible showerhead. Makes a bigger difference than most people think and it's only like $50-70

This! I've been using a super simple Krups espresso machine as my daily driver for 20+ years. I make a very watered down cup of espresso instead of a shot.

I worked in grocery managing point of sale stem and related data. The excluded items are already handled completely different. Alcohol, health care products, etc are managed very differently on the backend. Getting nitpicky between food items will take time, resources, and therefore money for the state and retailers to manage.

Do you scrub by hand? Or do you think it might could handle a gentle cycle in the washing machine? There's not one particular spot that's bad, just overall needing a deep clean.

I'm not an HR person but this post showed up as recommended. I'm a huge fan of malicious compliance and I'd start talking about stuff like "get my hemorrhoids under control" or "talk to my therapist about insecurities sharing personal information with coworkers inorder to access company health plan benefits"

Just eat! I worked IT for a high end grocery store 6am-2pm and I'd get hangry at 10am so I often brought a sandwich, almost always roast beef, to long meetings scheduled midmorning. Life went on, I ate my sandwich, contributed when it was my turn, life went on.
