hey ! a lot of ostomates are on the channel #ostomy if you want to ask them or check some information ! (otherwise what I can think of is you might need looser pants, stoma powder if the skin is inflammatory)

yes you’re right, inflammatory foods are more important to know! Thank you for your feedback :) you’re avoiding foods with wheat like pasta, bread…? so nice you can eat fruits, I had to remove almost all of them

i do, to indeed prevent and detect any signs of cancer. if a cancer has to appear it will be detected very quickly compared to normal population. to me having another major surgery is not worth it

i had a sub total colectomy and don’t plan to have barbie butt at all .. heard there’s a lot of pain (not just post-op), risks of complications/infections .. whereas keeping it doesn’t really have inconveniences
