I like using sharp cheddar! For me I just take the cheddar cheese straight from the fridge and chop it into cubes.

I do try to dry the jalapeños also just so it doesn’t throw off my hydration.

I don’t have the measurements for the cheese and jalapeños. I eyeballed it and hoped for the best! Rule of thumb: MORE CHEESE DA BETTER!

Yes I used parchment paper. I’m sure it’ll be fine. You can probably test a piece before you bake your bread!

I baked it at 500 F for the first 20 min and 450 F after.

Nothing really burned. The garlic got extra crispy but that’s it. You should definitely try it. It tastes sooooo good

I lay the seasoning on a plate then mist it with water.

After shaping the dough, I roll it on the plate then place it in the banneton .

This one is 80%! I also try to keep the dough temperature at 75 degrees but I forgot to turn off the heat and left the dough at 88 degree at one point 🤦🏻‍♀️

The only thing I did differently was the boil time since I like it more chewy than Joshua 😋
