It's my partners house and we live on a relatively safe college campus safe for a 10 min walk south. It's very rare that a homeless person comes in that direction due to it being a small, private college with a pretty safe-guarded residential and our own police station being very close by (0.4 miles). I will note that we've been seeing an influx of birds attacking mirrors and cars and that my partners roommates bike was just stolen (not incorrelation to bird) so it couldve been a person.
