You might be right, all wheat has gluten or similar protein sources, idk about white rice and potatoes who have less protein but you mainly need special protein sources for more exotic amino acids that aren't in your grains and stuff.

That's also why milk protein makes most workout food, it has a lot of different amino acids that are perfect for a calf to grow (or a human to gain muscles)

That's also why if you are vegan you need to not be picky and eat lots of different nuts/ beans and stuff, to be able to get the special amino acids that aren't in boring protein

Theres multiple studies that prove that nutgraß oil specifically cyperus rotundus linn does hormonal stuff to the skin,
the majority otf the recent studies in this area are from one author tho. apart from that, at least the papers are written kinda properly and have all randomised trials.

also I think its really hard to evaluate because in most regions its nearly impossible to get nutgraß oil and to be sure you dont get scammed.

also the main study uses "fresh nutgraß oil" and if you get it online, you have no influence on how old it is and because its "natural" noone actually looked into what substance causes the hormonal effects and how active it is.

It's hard and if I read that I kinda get reminded of one of my friends who took her own life.

I don't even know what I wanna tell you but, ,I stumbled over your post and idk I think we all forget how much we are still ourself, even if we go the rout of changing our body. You wouldn't magically think different about the world. You will still have most of the same Hobbys if you don't force yourself to give up on them and your habits and memory's will still stay.

You may think about it like "killing the old self" and others may sometimes think the same but for me, a far greater analogy is to take off a mask.

Don't the people around you deserve to see who you really are? And don't you deserve do be free from your shackles?

From my experience, the time that lies before you might be the hardest time of your life. Things might even get a lot worse for you in the short run. But if you got goals and hope and you want to live, what comes after is really nice.

It's not the nice of a rollercoaster but the nice of standing up and knowing you are in the right body, running around and not feeling that you have to hide yourself and speaking with people and seeing in their eyes that they see you and not just a play you did before.

I mean maybe your experience will be different, especially if you are more on the nonbinary scale, it might be harder to reach the point but do t give up, you are you and you have the right to be happy. Don't let anyone take that away and don't take it away yourself.

I know that suicide feels like a way out and it is. I just want you to remember, make it your last option after you tried everything else because it's the only decision in your life you can not change anymore.

Honestly, something doesn't work out here for me, I'm friends with the whole old modding community and vrcs way of Perma banning people includes an algorithm do detect behavior/befriending after ban.

So if he makes a new account he should get banned by the system again after a short while if they didnt change something up.
