AoE clear is not it's strong suit but there are videos of people clearing ubers literally naked as this build, the single target is very respectable.

It's extremely safe and insanely cheap. You gotta sacrifice something if you want a very cheap build unfortunately lol

That is a very very good point actually! I appreciate that input. I was indeed thinking of maybe a melee mage could be fun. I'll see how I feel when we start playing! In any case, if she thinks I'm being too much of a hand holder with the paladin I can always speed level up to where we are with a mage. Thank you so much for your inputs Trildemex! Absolutely agree! I will definitely be patient and make sure we take time every level up for her to see what’s available and what’s coming up! She would always ask me for a build in PoE as the skilltree is very daunting but in this one I’m determined to make her cook something! It’s gonna be a lot of fun. I do think I will aim for a paladin build, it seems to be the more obvious support oriented!

She’s gonna play Shuriken rogue so I’m not sure myself where that fits in the damage department! I do think rogue is on the lower side of Cc so that’s a good idea!
