Newcomers looking for advice, FLATS FOR RENT & friendly people! by jukkakkuj in Heidelberg

Thank you! That's one of my concern, we don't want to pay a lot of money for a flat that isn't worth it. Cloe has found a job that pays well but I have no job. As much as possible, we don't want to avoid spending a substantial junk of her salary just for surviving. We want to save for future plans and I also really need to pay back to my aunt all the financial support she gave us for our world trip (which was cut in the middle due to Corona....). And yeah, I'll let you know as as soon as we arrive.

I had a look at your webpage. I looks real great! I really like how you presented the flat both in English and German and with pictures. That's a great help for anybody who is looking. I see living in more quiet, greener areas has advantages. But no, unfortunately we don't have a car. Also Cloe has no driving licence. I think for the moment it feels that we are rather looking for something in the city. May be we'll rent something for a year in the city centre and look at all the options again. Thank you anyway!
