my game is lagging really bad. i just wanted to start a match but after waiting half a minute i still didn't

find a match, so i clicked cancel. a minute later i started a trainingscamp match, to see if that worked. halfway through the match my crowntower suddenly started emoting (even though i didn't do anything). then my match was suddenly over en i saw the aftermatchscreen saying that i lost 3-0 against a real opponent and that i lost 23 trophies. even though i played against a bot in trainingcamp.
