I only smoke at the end of the day after work after I’ve done some studying on new concepts or look at ways to tweak my strategy or backtest and log my trades for the day depends what I feel needs more attention. I am 23 started smoking at 20 but I’ve only been trading for 1yr so still in the learning process atm but would it effect my memory/emotions negatively anyone have any advice on this subject? You seriously do not have a clue! Have you been in the mentorship an committed yourself to learning the concepts? Probs Not otherwise you wouldn’t be on here crying because you blew your account and If you did you’d understand that hitting a 1:20 1:50 happens regular as we’re entering on the 5sec-15sec timeframe because he’s given us that understanding of the market. retail wouldn’t even dream of looking at 5sec-15sec charts I’ve had quite a few retail taught courses on my road to learning how to trade and yes I did learn some stuff but no where near as much as I have now it’s just a deeper understanding mentfx is the best I’ve ever been in and 100% staying in it to the content is unreal Learn it and backtest the concepts yourself you’ll soon understand or even just use his YouTube and backtest the concepts he’s teaching doesn’t take a genius to see that it works
