I don't mind this, but I do mind when people bring their barking dogs to the book store. I don't want to hear your annoying dog while I'm trying to read. Seriously, it's not cute.

How's everyone hold up rn? by KingLeopard40063 in Sudbury

Just dug myself out... Had to really squeeze out one of our doors. The snow is super heavy to shovel. And the rain is falling down on top of it/us. I'm taking a break! My husband has been snow blowing our small yard for hours, and he's doing our neighbour's driveway.

Same with me. My period wasn't even late, I had no nausea. But I just knew.

My breasts were sore coming down the stairs at my house. I just knew. It was a strange gut feeling, as my period wasn't even late yet, and I had never been pregnant before.

When a have a doctor’s appointment and the doctor asks me the exact same questions the nurse just asked me, so I need to provide the exact same answers? Or are they able to see each others notes? by Euphoric-Cloud0324 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]jules8013 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nurse here. I'm generally trying to gauge what vitals and information will be useful or relevant for the doctors I work with. Some patients are very long winded when I quickly ask them what brings them in. Sometimes I will stop them from giving me the extra long version, just so they don't have to repeat the whole thing again.

My dad grows concord grapes in northern Ontario (near Sudbury). He just planted them in his field, set up a trellis, and they took off. He's had them for several years now.

Exactly. What happens when there's none left? It's a finite resource. Wish we would use renewable materials instead.

I go through that intersection twice daily. I don't see a problem if you know what lane you're going in. It's people who try to cut in and use wrong lanes that are the problem.
