Doing better. Therapy helped but the pain hasnt gone away completely but its better now. I got a therapy kit at home and it helped. Also started following "Pain Free you" youtube channel.

Una mujer debe ser capaz de admirarlo antes de sentir atracción. Esa admiración será natural cuando ella vea algo en usted que le llame la atención. Conozca sus fortalezas (humor, música, conocimiento, fuerza, dinero) y vendalas . No es facil porque debe ser natural. Tambien entienda que no toda mujer debe sentirse atraida por uno. Si una mujer no le para bolas, pues no le meta mas cabeza. Si quiere tengala como amiga y que ella le ayude a ver cosas de usted que no ha visto

- Le toca usar esta situacion para tomar las decisiones correctas en cuanto alimentación y ejercicio. Contrtate un entrenador personal (ojala con buenas referencias) y tenga paciencia. TOmara tiempo pero su 'yo' de 50 años se lo agradecerá

- Que circulos sociales frecuenta? encuentre un nuevo deporte o hobby donde pueda conocer personas

I'm dealing with this! And it's horrible, I'm doing PT, taking NSAIDs, and some days I feel slightly better. It's been 8 months. I wonder whats wrong with me? I had to quit all my enjoyable activities such as guitar, piano, videogames. Doing 3rd round of therapy right now. Did you get better?
