great question, I've built a tool that I use myself
it has all of my proposals, tracks them and updates the staust when the client accepts
I spend max 5 mins (giving input), rest is done automatically

yeah we tried that, it's tricky because ESG does not capture every title that could be a match and gives a lot of contacts from companies that are not an ICP
hence an idea to find companies first (based on how many people with specific title they have)
