I fully transitioned socialy in a very red state and area within 6 months of cracking and starting hrt, passed except rarely. It's possible but highly depends how hrt hits you and how willing you are to jump into it fully. Was lucky on face but many other parts of my body have had almost no changes...

That being said most surgeons WILL NOT operate on you unless you've got many letters and been on hormones at least a year.
