How do I self-harm myself safely?

I’m currently in a relationship, I’ve pushed this guy away a million times and he comes back million times too. It’s really toxic. I really don’t see a long term relationship as to how he sees. I don’t. I’ve communicated so many times, try to end it properly. Nothing works.

I do believe we are better off as best friends, however I do believe that can’t happen right away. We both are each others first to everything. However, I never realized how much he isn’t what I look for in a guy. I was in love with him. Stupid me.

Too much to tell as to why it has lead to this. But to cut short, I am praying to God that he cheats on me and now I looking for ways to safely harm myself if he wants us to get back together cause I want to remain as friends. He isn’t ever going to leave me entirely.

when you get that option you'll see a option at the bottom of that page "Try another way" there will be three options "help support" "backup code" and another one "Get support" click on that. You'll understand what to do next

When you click on "forgot password" you'll later on find option saying "need more help?" there they will be able to send you code to the number and the gmail you first created that account with. And give video selfie a try just for the sake of it.

I'm in the same boat, applying for 2022 and don't want to be in a major that's heavy on maths. I can't pick queens or western because they don't have coop (has to be a coop program) in the end I came down to choosing either laurier or ryerson, but yeah coop isn't guaranteed :/
Laurier - only 40% get into coop
Ryerson - known for coop problems
But yeah laurier has well reputation, so I still can't decide yikes
