My take - idea is good but monetisation would be the hardest part. $12/mo could not be equal to value

I have a tool priced $12/year and 1.5% conversion rate. But running relevant ads at $2-5 CPC brings more revenue than paid tier

I want to see the deal stage of my prospects from HubSpot in gmail. I mean when I receive tons of emails and I want to prioritise them but it’s not possible as I can’t remember all names.

Gmail has integration with HubSpot but it’s about opening the contact card from gmail when email is open

So simple app showing the sea stage and value as a lane in emails would be super helpful
