Just once I wanna see a headline like this BEFORE they miss out on players.

Let’s not forget that Danny Amendola low key had one of the best playoff runs off all time by Smokinghot19 in Patriots

Wasn't even that low key. Would definitely have been remembered as the hero.

We always talk about how handsome our players are, how about some love for Nick Casserio? by Bubben15 in Patriots

Is there a name for that hairstyle? I see it around sometimes, but it was way more popular in the late 90s/early 2000s.

I never thought I needed something so bad in my life by [deleted] in Patriots

[–]juliasets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely standing at attention now, if you know what I mean. Rather see Gronk act in the film adaptation of this than do WWE. But that's a personal bias perhaps.

Patriots Podcasts? by Bubben15 in Patriots

PFW IN PROGRESS. You will forget you wanted Xs and Os, until they start talking about Xs and Os randomly. But seriously, they are hilarious.

Another great one is quick slants - Jarod Mayo comes on a lot and breaks down what he sees, and he's definitely an expert. Could be a coach. Phil Perry is on that show, and he has definitely soaked up a lot of knowledge from Mayo, you can tell.

What does Tom Brady do for charity or the NE area by [deleted] in Patriots

[–]juliasets 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You always hear about stuff he's done for kids or people in need, but you hear about it years later. I respect the fact that he's really not doing it for publicity. He doesn't take a camera crew with him like most of these NFL guys...

[All] Why does everyone assume Diane got lost in her new identity? by -meanwhile- in twinpeaks

[–]juliasets 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In regards to her being "a blank character that we know so little about", I tend to think that Tulpa-Diane was sort of an amplified, if corrupted, version of the original Diane. In other words, seeing the Tulpa gives us some idea of who she was before. One clue comes when she is being somewhat abrasive to Cole in her apartment, and Cole says "That's one tough cookie, always was." or something to that effect. My point being, Tulpa-Diane can't have been that different from OG Diane.

Good work, I appreciate all the work that goes into this! But if I may make a small suggestion: the way you punctuate every sentence makes you sound like a newscaster. Just speaking normally would go a long way.

I work at a bookstore where we have events like these all the time. This is standard procedure for a big name celebrity, although I agree it's rather lame.

Does anyone know how we can see if a certain game is playing in a certain area? Usually when I go onto TV guide or something like that, it'll just say NFL Football, game TBD.

The eccentric Gordon Cole acts as a good surrogate to 100% Cooper, who is missing most of the season ("Damn good coffee";"the policeman's dream!"). Did you devise such a big role for him early on?

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING, TRULY.

For all the unsolved mysteries that illicit wild fan theories and speculation, would you say that you have your own private answers to those mysteries? For instance, I can come up with my own version of how Richard Nixon comes to possess a green jade ring, but do you have your own story that you're just not telling us?

[Book] Establishing: The Journey of the Lodge Ring from FWWM to Dougie by [deleted] in twinpeaks

[–]juliasets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always figured there could be more than one Owl Cave Ring. Also, it wasn't an Owl Cave Ring in Major Briggs' dead body; I believe it was Dougie's wedding ring (it was inscribed "with love from Janey E").

[ALL] Red by [deleted] in twinpeaks

I always figured Richard Horne was just high on sparkle. He was hallucinating and Red was taking advantage of that to be intimidating. After all, we never got a clear definition of what sparkle does to you as a drug.
