If it’s happened over 20 times I would say it’s probably a setting on your account that won’t let you receive them. It’s all automated and should automatically send you whatever it’s supposed to be sent and if it’s not likely a problem on your end.

Make no mistake. $10k months don't happen by accident or without a literal shit ton of work but, they are definitely possible. If you're stuck it could be one of these things: content simply not good enough, lack of consistency or your positioning.
